🎂 How Does a Birthday Party at R.A.V.E.N. Work?

  1. Arrival & Welcome
    You’re expected 15 minutes before the start. Our Game Master will greet your group, explain everything, and make everyone feel at home.
     
  2. VR Adventure
    The group plays a variety of VR games together, tailored to the age and interests of the birthday child. Everyone gets a chance to participate and shine.
     
  3. Food & Drinks
    ✓ Soft drinks are included in all packages (for players only).
    ✓ Pizza can be added (€15 per pizza).Want to bring your own cake or snacks? 
    ✓ That’s absolutely fine! We’ll provide plates and cutlery if needed 
     
  4. Extras (optional add-ons)
    ✓ VR Escape Room (€10 per person, ages 10+): During playtime, replaces another game (no extra time).
    ✓ Karaoke Room (€40/hour): Sing your favorite songs together!
    ✓ Pizza buffet (€15 per pizza): Perfect for hungry party guests.
     
  5. Gifts & Closing
    After the VR adventure, there’s time for gifts and (if you wish) cake.

No, you don't.

If you have chosen the Birthday formula, they will be playing 2 different games during 2 hours. The first game will be a cooperative game, where they need to play together as a team and defend their village/castle as long as possible. The second game will be against each other, where the different teams need to battle against each other.

If you have made a normal VR booking, other games are accessible. We will discuss your overall VR experience upon arrival and advise you in your choice of VR games.
Parents are welcome to stay or join in, but please let us know the number of parents staying at least 2 days before the party (for bar staffing).
For birthday parties, the number of participants depends on the package you choose.
The Budget Package requires a minimum of 8 players and can accommodate up to 24 players, divided into two groups.
The Standard Package is available for groups starting from 6 players and can also host a maximum of 24 players.
You can bring your own birthday cake or snacks. Refreshments must be purchased at our promises. We have different kinds of softdrinks and water available on site. The price per bottle is €7.
You can also bring your own decorations. We have a party hall with lounge areas, tables and chairs at disposal. Please let us know in advance what you would like to use during the party.

Yes, of course.
Yes, VR is asbsolutely safe, but it is important to follow safety guidelines and instructions from R.A.V.E.N. team. Upon arrival instruction videos will be shown with the safety guidelines and the rules to follow to maximize your RAVEN VR experience. Our trained staff will be guiding and advising you through your whole VR journey.
To experience VR, you will need a VR headset, which we provide and it comes with hand controllers, tracking sensors and headphones. So you can fully immerse yourself in VR alongside your teammates (friends, family, collegues...) by seeing each other in VR and hearing/talk to each other through the headphones. You will leave and forget about reality and be totally immersed in your VR experience and VR world. All together with your other teammembers.
Yes, absolutely. Our party hall is accessible upon reservation for business events as well as private gatherings. We can accommodate up to 250 guests. At your disposal: different lounge areas, tables and chairs, open bar, various catering options, arcade games, pool tables, pingpong table etc. upon demand. Extra features possible for example use of our karaoke room, PS5 rooms, VR rooms, escape rooms etc. upon request. The party venue can be booked for multiple hours or for a whole day.
